In course of our operation as a corporate entity, people come in contact with our premises either as visitors or clients. From a mere slip on smooth tiled floors they may get themselves injured. Accident may occur in our premises leading to injury whether physical or otherwise. Fire may spread from our premises to neighboring premises. Electrocution may occur as a result of faulty and negligent wiring. Even in the course of discharging your duty as commissioned, your officials may cause injury to Third Party. The sanitary wares may be defective, causing injury to a customer. Armed robber may attack the organization and customers may be injured in the process. Even, death may be recorded. All these are subject to litigation. The public liability insurance will provide compensation for the litigation cost and damages awarded in a litigation process instituted against us by a third party for injury sustained/caused in course of your operation.
